Notice of Availability of a Document for Collection pursuant to Section 25 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., as amended (Code of Administrative Procedure)

In accordance with Section 69a(2) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions, and Section 25(1) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Code of Administrative Procedure, the documents are being served by public notice, as Česká pošta, s.p. (Czech Post), has returned them on the grounds that the addressees are unknown at the addresses specified and are therefore persons whose place of residence is unknown.

CERGE, a university institute of Charles University, hereby gives notice that the persons listed below may collect the documents for which delivery to the address notified to the Faculty as their address for service has demonstrably failed. The documents may be collected during CERGE’s office hours at Politických vězňů 936/7, 110 00 Prague 1.

The document shall be deemed served on the fifteenth day following the posting of this notice.
