Stanford professor and the principal adviser to the FCC will give a public lecture on the design of the Incentive Auctions for Radio Spectrum.

Prof. Milgrom will talk about his current work for the US Federal Communications Commission to help design the Incentive Auction, which is intended to reallocate some of the spectrum now used for over-the-air broadcasting to wireless broadband applications.
